How Does consignment Work?
Choosing to be a sustainable resource to our community.
HOW WE PRICE
At ShowKase Home Consign, we believe that consignment is a collaborative partnership aimed at maximizing the value of your merchandise. Our goal is to secure the best possible price for your items while ensuring they are competitively priced to attract buyers quickly.
To achieve this, we encourage pricing that reflects fair market value, which will enhance the likelihood of a timely sale. Ultimately, the market response is what determines the true value of an item.
To keep our inventory fresh and appealing, we implement a pricing strategy for items that remain unsold after 30 days. Each month, we will reduce the price by 10% to keep your items moving and to provide opportunities for new buyers. This process continues every 30 days until the conclusion of the consignment period. Together, we can create a successful selling experience!
HOW YOU GET PAIDYou will receive 50% of the agreed selling price for your merchandise. Payment can be sent via mail or through electronic transfer, depending on your preference.
